We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 24hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• No refund/replacement for minor details or slight irregularities in products.
• Shade variations in color due to lighting or screen settings are not considered as a valid reason for a refund or replacement.
• Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, provide an unboxing video without cuts, showcasing the wrong product received or any defects clearly.

Refunds

• Approval notification will be sent upon evaluating the return request.
• Free replacement if product meets the eligibility criteria; refund if the product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Exchange or refund initiated within 5-7 days upon product acceptance.
• Shipping charges non-refundable; unfit products will be returned to you.
• Processing takes up to 10 business days; credit reflects in one billing cycle.
• We will not be responsible for additional delays by the bank.
